7. Retention Period
We keep your personal data for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory retention periods set out in the applicable legislation.
Once the purpose ceases to apply or the legal period expires, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Job application data is retained for a maximum of 2 years where we hold your explicit consent.

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to: • Learn whether your personal data is processed • Request information about the processing if it has taken place • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose • Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad • Request rectification if your data is incomplete or inaccurate • Request the deletion or destruction of your data where the legal conditions are met • Request that rectification, deletion, or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred • Object to any outcome arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems • Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You may also send your request to [email protected]. We respond to all applications free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature.
